Basically, it is difficult to set purchase prices for items that are currently in low demand (items for which no buyer can be found). The following are examples of items that are generally difficult to price.

About purchase

On-site purchase available! Of course, store visits are welcome! Please bring in directly!

If you are unable to visit our store, the best way is to send your order by courier service with payment on delivery. Please refrain from making valuation requests over the phone or by e-mail, as it may be difficult to provide an accurate valuation. We will contact you with valuation results and comments by letter, phone, postcard, fax, email, etc. It would be helpful if you could indicate in your memo how you would prefer to be contacted. in addition, if you have a large quantity or are concerned about shipping expensive items, please feel free to contact us as we also offer on-site purchase. Please feel free to contact us even if you live far away or need a small quantity of items.

If you would like a valuation, please bring the item to us, send it by cash on delivery, or request an on-site purchase. If you need a cardboard boxes for shipping and we will arrange them for you free of charge.

1. In-store purchase

No appointment is required, and even a single item is welcome! Our valuator will conduct an on-the-spot valuate and explain the details of the valuation in person. Even first-time customers can use our service with confidence.

2. On-site purchase

We can arrange on-site purchases with just one phone call! For those who find it difficult to carry heavy or large quantities of items, or for those who are moving and have a lot of items to sell, "on-site purchasing'' where our staff will come to your home is ideal.

3. Home delivery purchase

You can receive the same purchase valuation as in-store through a simple home delivery service from the comfort of your home. This service is also available for those who live too far away to reach the store from their homes. We offer a "home delivery purchase service" that is available throughout Japan.
